WordPress.com Annual Reports 2015
-
I’ve got my annual report thanks to some ‘inventive’ cheating but now other bloggers ask me how to get their annual report for 2015 on their blog. Can they still receive an e-mail? Can they ask here if they didn’t receive an e-mail for some reason?
Thank you kindly. -

You can get the report by changing your site name in the following link

Please tell me how to make my annual report into a blog post. I was able to do this last year, and when I checked the link from last year I see it’s different from this year. I’m unable to save it as media; please advise. Thank you.

Sorry about that @nykeypad, I think I’ve gotten that post button working again for the 2015 report. I had thought it was a lost cause when I tried fixing it the other day.
@banhgao that URL is correct as long as your blog has a report.
The emails are still sending (probably for another 2-3 hours). In order to get a report your blog needs to meet the following criteria:
– must have published at least one post in 2015
– must have gotten at least 500 total views
– If you published more than 3 posts then you need at least 200 total viewsWe impose those limits because parts of the report won’t work if you haven’t met them.
If its a few hours from when I post this, you’ve checked your spam folder, and you think you should have gotten a report then you can start a thread on the forums and request that one gets generated. Every year we miss a few reports unfortunately. Sorry about that.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. I did get my report; however, when I paste the link to my blog it appears as only the link and does not show the report as I see it via scrolling. Has WordPress changed the plugins?

Sort of a three step or so thing – or it was for me
1) Click on the link in your email – that should take you to the report page
2) in the upper right corner click on Make Public (assuming you want to share the report with others)
3) Scroll down on the report page – down at the bottom – click on the “Make Blog Post” (or something close to that) – that will take you to what looks like the Blue Death Editor – find the “Publish” button – – and Presto a new Post is on your site

Hi @nykepad
Its not possible for the full report to be included in a blog post. The report itself is really its own micro-website that we add within your site. The fireworks in particular can’t run within a blog post. This hasn’t changed from previous years.

Hi and thanks. I appreciate your help.
FYI: Yesterday the icon to publicize it to my blog was not on the page . . . and this morning it appeared.
Happy and healthy New Year to all,
Janie

I received the email linking me to my annual report but there is no way I can log in – I have reset my password and done a million different things but it will never let me in and I can’t find a way to contact Word Press (the Contact me is greyed out). My site is http://www.walkingthederwent.com Any brainwaves from anyone????? Please.

Hi do you keep your Internet history or do you clear it? Was this recent that you were unable to log it? Perhaps the last log in is in your history, and that will work.

I have not received annual reports for either of my blogs – melindagreenharvey.com and https://thepoetryofphotography.wordpress.com/. Both meet the criteria for numbers of posts/visitors. Will I be receiving them at some point?
