  how do i remove the blog at wordpress.com at the bottom of my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Removing the footer text is against the WordPress.com Terms of Service and may get your site suspended. Upgrading to the Business plan is currently the only way to remove the WordPress.com branding.
