WordPress.com blog controlling my other WordPress blog hosted externally

  I set up a WordPress.com blog and attached the domain srqweek.com to it. However, the WordPress.com blog did not have quite the functionality I needed

  I therefore set up a WordPress blog on a different host and pointed the srqweek.com domain to tis other blog and everything was fine. Then the WordPress.com blog “found” my new blog and create some kind of link to it. Now my new blog appears to be “controlled” by the WordPress.com posting interface. This is very similar to the interface in my externally hosted WordPress blog but lack some features which are critical.

  Can anyone tell me how to “unlink” the two blogs. I need the full functionailty of the externally hosted blog.

  I hope this is clear. If not then let me know and I will elaborate.
