1. Try flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/
2. Try the full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook including step 3 (removing the FB app), which is probably the most important step.
3. For reconnecting Twitter see http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-twitter
4. See also publicize troubleshooting http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#troubleshooting
Note: RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti can be used for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.
Please note that reconnecting Publicize with Facebook or with Twitter, etc. does not re-publicize missed posts, but it will work for future posts.

Same problem here – the notification email wasn’t sent for the last two posts I’ve made today (on two separate blogs). I’m using RSS Graffiti to publish to Facebook (profile and pages) and the posts haven’t made it through yet.
Also, when I try to go here: http://wordpress.com/#!/read/following/ nothing loads. It feels like something’s up, but I’m not sure what…

Re: “Also, when I try to go here: http://wordpress.com/#!/read/following/ nothing loads.”
If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

Same thing happened with me, with a post I uploaded at 6:41 p.m. I’m on my own subscriber list, and I didn’t get the post. It also did not show up on my Feedly feed. Sounds like there’s something going on with WordPress.

I just copy-and-pasted, and reposted the entire story. This time it worked fine (I got the email notification, and it got picked up by Feedly). I deleted the original post, so I wouldn’t have duplicates on my blog. Hopefully it was a temporary glitch.

Actually I don’t think the problem has anything to do with publicize or the facebook cache. because the basic email to followers isn’t sent. I think the publicize problem source is from a deeper wordpress problem (the same problem with the email). I think that maybe the rss feed had hickups and both email and publicize are using it.
I rebloged another post, with a link to the original post.
