WordPress.com blog has been compromised

I had to create a new wordpress.com account in order to create this support topic. My issue is not related to the account I created five minutes ago. Additionally, I cannot receive “real” support from wordpress because I cannot upgrade an account that I cannot log into.
I blog for LightLife, and our address is http://blogitarian.wordpress.com, (we also redirect from blogitarian.com) members of our team have been unable to log-in for the last two weeks. Since there are many users with log in access, we’ve been trying to track everyone down and determine if someone changed the password. At the two-week mark, we’ve given up and need help.
The password reset feature is NOT working. The e-mail associated with the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) . Reset e-mails are NOT arriving at this address any more. They are NOT being filtered by spam. They are not being filtered by folder rules.
Can someone at wordpress please contact me at the e-mail address above, personally? We can run through whatever identification methods you prefer. It is a corporate blog but I personally registered the account.

Bonjour, J’ai cree mon blog sur wordpress.com et hebergerger ce meme site sur wordpress.com, mais mon probleme c’est que j’arrive pas pas installer des plugins, et en plus sur ma page d’administration de wordpress j’ai pas d’onglets appelee Extensions, pourriez vous m’aider la dessus. merci

S’il vous plaît poster sur le forum pour votre propre langue et de savoir que le libre-hébergés blogs WordPress.com n’ont pas accès FTP et nous ne pouvons pas installer les plug-ins du tout.
