  Is there a way to change the part that says “Just another wordpress.com weblog” under the header I really don’t like that.
  I’d rather change it to something else or eliminate it altogether.

  The search box is your friend; sometimes it will help you faster as well.

  But the answer to the question is Dashboard -> Settings -> General, there’s a box there that you can edit.

  Also, consider linking your blog to your name through Dashboard -> Users -> Your Profile

  Thanks lizzi that was prompt and really helpful I did try to search but couldn’t find anything.
