  Hi, if i go premium on wordpress.com can i create a customized main menu and upload it (only the menu)? or i depend entirely on the selected theme i choose? and is it possible to change my account to .org?

  WordPress.com and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. Start by reading this comparison please > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
