  Why is there no Media or Tools menu items in the WordPress.com Dashboard? Is it because I have selected the Free Plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When signed in, you can reach your dashboard by clicking on My Sites. There are different options there for making changes.

  You can access your WP Admin dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your sites URL like so:

  https://trpcblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  You will see Media and Tools there.
