Hi there,
Are you referring to managing all of your JetPack sites in the desktop app and being able to update their respective plugins?
For information on managing and updating your JetPack sites under WordPress.com, please visit our support page:
Let me know if that is what you are referring to.
Otherwise, WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins.
We have a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins. Chances are, the feature you are looking for is already there.

Thanks!

Yes, that’s the one. I’m managing all of my JetPack sites in the desktop app and being able to update their respective plugins. I log into one of the sites and see a plugin that I installed through the WordPress repository that needs updating. The worpress.com desktop app shows that they’re all up to date.

Are you able to get to the plugin management screen where you can see if the plugins are autoupdating?
-
That was it! It was a new plugin that my client installed himself. I just needed to turn on the autoupdate for it.
Thanks darnelldibbles!!
