WordPress.com does not accept my card to upgrade

Hi!
in the beginning of last year, I started the free trial for the Premium plan for my website and when I tried to confirm the payment with my Visa debit card, I couldn’t confirm the payment cos the website didn’t complete the transaction. I tried with my Business Visa Debit and also didn’t complete but, suddenly, by itself, it seems that one of the attempts worked and the payment was confirmed.
Now, I’ve been trying for 2 days already to upgrade my website to the Business plan but again, WordPress.com does not complete my transactions. I’m using a valid Visa debit card with more than enough funds and I have contacted the bank already and they can’t find any problem or anything else that would prevent me to complete a transaction online using the card.
Please, let me know if you guys can figure out what is the problem!
