wordpress.com doesn't exist

    I have had a blog http://www.rawbydesignblog.co. uk for a few years now and suddenly I am getting a message saying ‘rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com doesn’t exist’ – I can’t get access into my blog, nor is my blog showing up. Does anyone know why it is saying this? Everything was fine a day or so ago. I’ve never come across this before. Please help!

    @susannabalston:

    Based on a quick test, it looks like http://www.rawbydesignblog.co.uk is redirecting to rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com (which doesn’t seem to exist) rather than rawbydesign.wordpress.com (which does). Did you intend the latter?

    I’ve just looked up rawbydesign.wordpress.com and that seems to be an out of date blog. No, I think it is rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com that I need. I’ve always used my domain name to get onto my wordpress which is http://www.rawbydesignblog.co.uk. I’ve never had a problem going through this before and a was on it a few days ago. But now suddenly I’m getting this message – “rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com doesn’t exist. Do you want to register rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com?”

    I’m not sure if the above information helps?

    Hi

    Does a wordpress support system exist? Is there anyone I can physically call about this? It seems to be a wordpress issue but I don’t know what is wrong. What does – “rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com doesn’t exist. Do you want to register rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com?” Mean? What has happened to my blog? If I re-register will it bring up my old blog?

    Hi there,

    rawbydesignblog.co.uk is not a WordPress.com site, but it looks like you had a self-hosted WordPress site at that domain, hosted by Bluehost.com. You will need to contact them for help with your site as it is on their servers and we have no access whatsoever to it.

    Your domain itself is also not registered to us, but is registered with 123-reg.co.uk. But your domain only expired in November so I don’t think the problem is there, but rather at your web host, Bluehost.com.

    It looks like you registered rawbydesign.wordpress.com about 4 years ago, but that site is no longer active, probably because you moved from that site to your current Bluehost site. rawbydesignblog.wordpress.com has never existed in our system.
