[WordPress.com] Domain cozycottage-belas.com will be auto-renewed

    Dear Sirs,
    Good morning,
    I have received an email with the above subject.
    As I have quit of having a skybags site on wordpress, I have tried to follow the instructions on the email (‘If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel this subscription at Me > Manage Purchases in your WordPress.com account.’) and I could not find any place to cancel the subscription. Then I decided to the the only available option – To delete the WordPress site, hoping that this action would cancel the subscripion, also.

    Now I find that, not only the site is still available (although having deleted it) but the domain subscription was renewed.

    I kindly ask you to verify this issue and to provide a refund for the amount automatically charged to my paypal account.

    Hi there,

    The domain, cozycottage-belas.com, belongs to the username, isabelramalho. You need to be logged in as that username to cancel the domain, and only that username can request a refund for the renewal.

    Please log out of the skybagsblog account and log in as isabelramalho, and I’ll be able to help you with this.
