wordpress.com domain management
-
Hi there,
I’m trying to move a wordpress.com to .org and I am following the instructions provided by wordpress, however, when I go to Store –> Domains I can’t find an option for domain administration to change the DNS servers to point the new host.
The blog is andreahoff.com and the domain was purchased from wp.Thank you,

You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that regimented the blog and purchased the upgrade. If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

I am logged in as the admin who purchased the domain and have read both articles… Any chance I could give you my login info over pm and could have a look for me?
Much appreciated.

The account you are posting from does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. So that is why you are not seeing the option you are looking for.
What site is this regarding?

Oops, my apologies. You list the site in your original post, andreahoff.com.
Indeed, I can say for sure that the andreahoff.com domain is not owned by your belboschi account. You will need to log into the account that owns the domain in order to have access to domain administration.

I did login with the owner’s credentials and still was unable to manage the domain. I could send it to you on pm if you’d like to take a look. Thank you.

I have sent you an email to the address you have registered for this WordPress.com account. Please post here if you do not get it.
