WordPress.com DOWNGRADED my WordPress.org and now I can't get any of my information back!

  While trying to create a backup wordpress.com to my self-hosted wordpress.org, I lost all of my information. WordPress.com decided to merge the lower level site with the self-hosted site and now I’ve lost all of my site information. Is there anything I can do to get the information from my self-hosted site back?

  Hi there,

  This WordPress.com account is 15 hours old and does not contain any sites.

  Self-hosted WordPress.org sites are not connected to our system at all, so it is impossible for us to have made any changes whatsoever to your self-hosted site as it’s not possible for us to access it. There is also no way to merge a WordPress.com and a self-hosted site, as they use different and incompatible versions of the WordPress software.

  If there is content missing on your self-hosted site, please contact your hosting provider as you are most likely paying them to keep backups of your site in case something goes wrong.
