wordpress.com ease hosting on another site

Blogger has a neat new service that allows you to create your blog using their service and host it on another site without installing PHP, MYSQL and all that on your own. All you have to do is type in your ftp or sftp login information. Has anything like this been considered by WordPress? I use Blogger to manage a school organization’s website (hosted on our school’s webserver), but I’d love to use WordPress.com (Attempts at using WordPress.org has failed with this host.)

Most server backends (ie CPanel, Ensim, Direct Admin) will do this and most hosting services either have these in place or offer a service where a staff member will install it for you. (Like my hosting company does)

Did you ask them for help? Do they have an autoinstaller you can use?

It’s the only reason I HAVE to use blogger, too get it to show on another site. :( I’d much rather use wordpress!!

Indeed, I recently just moved my entire gaming blog over and have never looked back since, WordPress is awesome. That’s a fact.
