WordPress.com error stats

I have a problem with my site stats with the plugin WordPress.com Stats, when i try to see the stats I get this error Your WordPress.com account, cascinadelsole is not authorized to view the stats of this blog.
I have installed the plugin Jetpack some week ago, but it gave me some error and I removed.
I want to know what I can do.Thanks

I delete jetpack because before install this on my site i have a slide show image in the homepage functionally correct, after install jetpack the slide show doesn’t work, and now when i disable jetpack the slide show doesn’t work again
