WordPress.com Follow buttton for Jetpack enabled site disappeared
-
Hello,
I have been using wordpress.com follow button for Jetpack enabled site on my site since long but I noticed that it is not appearing on my site now, even when I have the code in place and have Jetpack installed and activated. I tried to reconfigure and get the code again using the link below but it failed to generate any code for my site.
Can you please look into this and let me know what is the issue? Please guide me through if there is alternate workaround to this.
Thanks,

Hi,
I looked up pratikakkawar.com and it is a WordPress.ORG site not WordPress.COM.
We don’t provide support for WordPress.ORG. Here is a link to the wordpress.ORG support forum
For mote information on the difference see the link below
Best of luck!

Hi there,
It looks like the problem is with the XMLRPC endpoints on your site:
https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=pratikakkawar.com
That means Jetpack, and by extension WordPress.com, is unable to connect to your site. This is something that’s configured at your hosting provider, so please contact them to check that XMLRPC is correctly set up on your site.
Otherwise, please contact Jetpack support directly at the link that appears on that debug page I gave above.
The self-hosted forums is not the best place to refer people who are experiencing problems with the Jetpack plugin. Please refer them to Jetpack support instead in such cases.
