WordPress.com followers not recieving notifications

  Hi,

  I’m using a godaddy managed wordpress account.

  When I reply on the comments by my followers who are registered with wordpress.com domain (or who commented via wordpress account), they are receiving no notification in the right hand side menu drawer. (this is happening in 99% of cases)

  In addition to that, a few who do get a notification of my reply to them, they are not able to reply back (or like it), the way we usually do. (By usually i mean the way two bloggers communication via notfications)
