WordPress.com followers to WordPress.org not showing 24 hours later?

  Hi there,

  I have followed the instructions of how to transfer followers from a .com blog to .org blog and they are still not showing on my blog stats 24 hours later?

  Can you confirm why this is please?

  Hi there! Could you confirm for me if things are working well for you now? I do see that you have 271 followers subscribed to your Jetpack site. Are you able to see them in your site stats yet? Please let me know and I can look further into the issue for you. Thanks much!

  Hi, those were people I transferred when I first went self hosted. I have since tried to transfer about 8-9 followers and still not showing?

  Hello there! I didn’t see 8 subscribers, but I did see 5 that didn’t seem to make that transfer to your Jetpack site in your recent attempts at migration. I moved those 5 subscribers over for you. They should appear within 24-hours in your stats. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

  Hello there! Well, we’ve discovered the reason that those subscriptions are not moving is that they are duplicates! The migration ‘ignores’ duplicate subscriptions and therefore, they’re being left out of the transfer.

  We highly recommend making your WordPress.com site private so a) new subscribers cannot follow the blog and b) your site won’t be included in tag searches.
