WordPress.com for google docs
-
Hi,
I have been trying to get wordpress.com for google docs to communicate for the past hour. I usually can figure technical issues out without having to contact support, but am at a loss.
My issue is this. When in Google docs, I try to add my jetpack wordpress site by clicking on the button entitled: ‘add wordpress site’
It then takes me to a screen that says:
‘Howdy! WordPress.com for Google Docs would like to connect to your WordPress.com site.’
I proceed to click ‘approve’ and then it takes me to login to my wordpress admin. At which point I login. It then will log me in as normal, but nothing happens. No message that they are connected, and when going back to the google docs, it still has the same button saying: ‘add wordpress site’
If I try it again, it just loops the whole process.
I have tried this over and over again. I have tried disabling all plugins to no avail.
JSON is enabled in jetpack (my site is not a wordpress.com, but is integrated with wordpress.com with jetpack).
Any help is much appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Essentially, what are the troubleshooting steps to connect the google docs addon: “wordpress.com for google docs” to your wordpress site.
This seems like a bug in the addon. If not, any help is very much appreciated.

Hi,
Your site happens to be hosted by Design Labs. WordPress.com for Google Docs only works for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
I assume your site is connected via JetPack. Try visiting Jetpack Support for assistance.
