    Hi

The allowed formats for upload of a logo file in Twenty Seventeen are

jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx, key, mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, zip, ogv, mp4, m4v, mov, wmv, avi, mpg, 3gp, 3g2.

Our logos have a transparent background and are scalable, but they have the format .eps.

    What do I do?

    Thank you :-)

PS: if you look at https://ubblogtest.wordpress.com in IE you see why the current solution isn’t good enough.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, you don’t need to post more than once so I’ve closed the other thread.

Only image formats such as GIF, JPG/JPEG, PNG will work. Of these, GIF and PNG support transparency. (There’s also SVG, but WordPressdotcom does not support it at this time.) You’ll need to save your EPS file in one of these final image formats at the recommended size for the theme. https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/#images
