WordPress.com global tag pages have been dropped from Google Search Results?

I noticed that incoming visitors from global tag pages on WordPress.com has dropped and I realized that it seems that Google no longer shows wordpress.com tag pages in the search results pages. It would seem pretty obvious that a search like “sony wordpress.com tag” would bring up the tag page for Sony. The sony tag page is, after all, pagerank 6, and that is really good for those of you who don’t know. And yet, the Sony tag page does not appear for that search. Has Google decided WordPress.com global tag pages are no longer relevant? Has Google made it so that a global tag page will not appear for any search except for a direct url search, ie “en.wordpress.com/tag/Sony/”? Does this make targeted tagging of our blog posts less important? It is possible that global tag pages have been dropped from results pages for several years and I am just noticing it now, any idea how long this has been going on and what are your thoughts?

The name of the blog linked to your wordpress.com is “protein powder”. Exactly what connection is there between “protein powder” and “Sony”? You have 5 posts in it and it takes 4 -6 weeks for blog posts to appear in Google search results. None of the posts in that blog have “Sony” as a tag assigned to them. Or are you referring to a different blog?

This is not a question about my blog. “Sony” is just an example tag I am using. This is also not a question about how my blog ranks in Google, or how long it takes takes to show up in Google. Essentially, ignore my blog for the sake of this question.
