wordpress.com hosting for non-profit organisation

  Hi,

  I have a general question, not according to my blog.

  I know that everyone has that possibility to upgrade its wordpress plan to Premium or Business.
  I was wondering if anyone know if wordpress.com is supporting non-profit organisations with one of those plans providing hosting for free?

  Also if it is possible to create own theme for Business plan, or use a template and load it to wordpress.com?

  Hosting is always free at WordPress.COM

  The upgrades are the part that cost. WordPress.COM is a very low cost producer and as such does not have discounts for non-profits, everyone pays the same price for Upgrades
