  Hi,

  Firstly apologies if this has been answered several times before – I am a bit of a novice when it comes to using this.

  My site is http://www.fantasyyirma.com

  I have been asked to add a Gif file to my site and add a HTML excerpt into the HTML source code.

  I have been able to add the gif file onto the site but am unsure where the HTML excerpt should actually go? I found a help topic from wordpress.com regarding this but am still unclear.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You can’t add code to the sourcecode here. What is the code for?

  Hi thanks for the quick reply. I believe the code is required to link to the news aggregator we have been accepted to.

  Well, it’s possible it won’t work at all, but it’s also possible that it might work in a text widget or something. Can you paste the code here, between backticks, so we can look at it? Backticks are those apostrophe-like marks usually on the same key as the ~
