WordPress.com ID no longer linked to my WordPress blog

  This morning my WordPress blog (https://mikepolinske.info/blog) seems to have gotten separated from my WordPress ID. When I go to ‘My Sites’ on wordpress.com it says I don’t have one and asks if I want to create one.

  How do I go about linking them together again?
