WordPress.com My Blog lists an old blog which can't be removed.

  I connected an old blog to WordPress.com which I have deleted and in place created another blog with same domain. It is a self hosted blog. Now WordPress.com My Blogs still shows the old blog linking to new blog and it is not removable.
