I want to create my websites. Which way should I use wordpress? Installing this applicantion (wp-admin) on a host provider or though wordpress.com? I will probably use DIVI theme.
Please help me.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are pros and cons to each, but you can always move between them. It doesn’t have to be a permanent decision.
That being said, I would recommend you have a look at this guide to decide:
Keep in mind you can’t upload custom themes or plugins to WordPress.com, but you can browse our directory for hundreds of themes we do have installed for you. Similarly, we also pre-install many plugins already.
