Hello! I have been working on the same thing for hours!! I am trying to load a theme i purchased outside of wordpress to my wordpress.com account and watched videos. They all say to click Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Install Themes. So I did that but there is no Install Themes page under Themes at all! I already linked my cPanel to the wordpress.com account and purchased the $99 upgrade. This is way to complicated unless I am missing something here. Please Help!

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
