WordPress.com Plugin Help!

  I am using wordpress.com and I see with wordpress.org there are various plugins that I really would like to use to make my blog 100% more efficient to what I am doing! These plugins include bbpress and the AWeber Web Form plugin!

  I’m not sure as to how to install these plugins or even if i can with wordpress.com rather than wordpress.org

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
