  How do I turn off all the wordpress.com popups?

  I believe (and sincerely hope) that you are referring to Snap Previews and not anything else but if I’m wrong please feel free to post again. :)

  -> Presentation -> Extras
  uncheck Snap Previews everywhere
  click “Update Extras” to save
