  Hello,
  With WordPress.com for business :
  – Can I import theme personalize ?
  – Can I personalize WordPress Theme Premium ? If yes, what can you personalize ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You aren’t able to import a theme on WordPress.com due to our shared environment.

  With the Business upgrade you can choose from any theme in our showcase, including premium ones. https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Each of our themes come with full setup instructions and a demo site that you can click / scroll through to view the functionality of it.

  You are able to use CSS for further customization. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

  If I use the CSS, I can personnalize all the theme or not ?

  The theme is going to be customized automatically as you add your own text, content, images, links, etc… You can use CSS to make further customizations if you want.
