WordPress.com Premium Renewal not working

  My subscription status for WordPress.com Premium shows as “expired.” Yesterday it showed something like “about to expire.” Both days, I tried to purchase the subscription (which seems to permanently be in my shopping cart for some reason), but after submitting payment, I am redirected to a message which reads “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” I see nothing on the site relating to “renewals” as contrasted with “purchases.” How do I renew my subscription?

  A different WordPress.com user owns these Upgrades, and only the owner of the Upgrades can renew them.

  Please log into WordPress.com as the correct user and go here to renew your WordPress.com Premium Plan and Domain Mapping Upgrade:
