  I am planning to start tutoring service. Will it be nice to construct the site with WordPress.com premium features? Because I have heard that WordPress.com has limited scope for themes and plugins

  From what you’ve mentioned it sounds like you would benefit from things like a custom domain and more customization options so one of the upgraded packages is probably right for you!
