I was just wondering what other people’s experience has been with email support for Premium subscribers? How long in general do you have to wait for a reply to a support email?
Waiting for about 20 hours now on a pretty simple question and no response. Perhaps I’m impatient, however I’m used to hosting providers generally not taking any longer than a few hours.

We wait as long as it takes for Staff to work their way in accord with datestamps through all the support tickets and threads tagged for attention before we submit our request for support.

Thanks timethief. It is simple, however it’s one that requires an email (wanting the IP address to set the A records at my external DNS provider, which, as per the support doc, requires emailing them).
