WordPress.com Premium upgrade unavailable for my blog, please how do I proceed?
-
Dear Support,
I need to get the WordPress.com Premium upgrade for my SurfingPedagogy.com blog, but it says “unavailable” at this time.
Through your forums, I’ve learned that first I need to cancel whatever upgrades I already own for my blog, so I can get the Premium upgrade. Is that correct? I currently own “Domain” (to which there is a “cancel” link I can click on) and “No Ads” (to which there is only the “Transfer to another site” link for me to click on) upgrades for my SurfingPedagogy.com blog.
In order for WordPress.com Premium to become available on my blog SurfingPedagogy.com, do I need to cancel “Domain Mapping” and/or transfer “No Ads” to my other blog Consciência Física? (To be honest, I really don’t need No Ads at my other blog Consciência Física at this time).
Another question: will I need to undergo the Domain Mapping process again once I manage to get the WordPress.com Premium upgrade?
Thank you very much,

Hey Bruno!
I went ahead and removed the No Ads upgrade from your site temporarily so you can add the Premium bundle. I also added $30 in credits to your account since you just recently purchased the No Ads upgrade (rather than giving you a refund). These credits will be applied to the cost of the bundle.
Can you try purchasing the bundle on more time?
Regarding the domain mapping, you shouldn’t have to make any adjustments to the domain. It should continue working correctly!
