WordPress.com privacy settings

    In my blog I chose I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitors. However, I was easily able to find my blog using GOOGLE. In other words, the search engine GOOGLE does not seem to have been blocked. What does this privacy setting mean?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If you are referring to the blog linked to your username, it seems your present settings are correct.

    Was your site always blocked to search engines or did you change this setting at some point? If it was available, it would have been crawled by search engines.
