WordPress.com RSS to self hosted WordPress

Seems its supposed to be simple, but I just can’t figure this out.
In the same fashion that I can take an RSS feed from a blog and plug it into another site with a blogging function like Facebook or NING, I’m wrecking my brain with this issue.
I have a self hosted wordpress site that is http://damatrixstudios.com. We want to be able to feature bloggers on our site. We have the permissions/ accept the request of bloggers that have their own blog. What we want to do is basically take their rss feed and plug it into our site. A particular blog we want to feature is http://theshaunsaysthis.com- a blog that is hosted on wordpress.com as many others. We want his posts to show up as posts on our site using his rss feed. For the life of me, I cannot figure this out.
I have looked at tools>import>RSS. It had me install a plugin. This plugin wants to use a file off of my computer. It will not take the RSS link. Most of the other plugins that I have tried to understand are basically widget based, thing that you can put in the side bar, which is not what I’m looking for.
Can I accomplish importing an RSS as posts? and how, please.
