WordPress.com security against sabotage programs

  someone sent a sabotage program on my previous blog, and I was the target for spam very often so I moved my blog to wordpress.com. my question is : should I go premium to avoid spam and sabotage programs to get to my bew blog? or does the free version at wordpress.com equiped to avoid this?

  All blogs here have the exact same spam & sabotage protection – no need to upgrade for that – Akismet is installed to prevent spam and garbage – you can’t turn off the anti-spam protection
