WordPress.com server blocked in China?

  What is the situation?? Can chinese reader access blogs hosted on wordpress.com generally or is it totally blocked.

  Currently accessible, maybe due to Windows Live transition plus good relationship between M$ and Chinese Gov.

  i was in guangzhou in summer 2009, i was able to acess my account but unable to embed video (movie trailers), you can but dont be annoyed if you get the 404 window
