WordPress.com shows wrong URL under "My Site" while logged in

  I used to have a self-hosted wordpress blog that I linked up to my wordpress.com account. When I was logged into my wordpress.com account it would show up under the “My Site” section with stats and all kinds of information. This was made possible by installing jetpack on my self hosted blog. Then, that domain name expired, and I got a new one. I installed wordpress at that new domain and now it is up and running. However, when I log into my wordpress.com account, it still shows my old url under “My Site”. I’d like that removed. After hours of google searching, I can’t figure this out. My first thought was to install jetpack to my new blog and link that up like I did the original blog but it gets hung up every time at install so I can’t go that route. How do I unlink my old domain name from my wordpress.com account. Any help would be appreciated.

  Also, I know the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I only use wordpress.com for seeing self hosted blog stats, and following other blogs, etc. It is just bugging me seeing my old domain name under “My Site” when that particular domain name, Jesusleading.com, is no longer active.

  How do I unlink my old domain name from my wordpress.com account.
