[WordPress.com] Site Redirect will auto-renew in 12 days

  I received a message that Site Redirect on my site ‘All Web, LLC’ will automatically renew in 12 days. I do not want that to happen. I clicked Manage Purchases and there were non listed; so I don’t know how to rectify this situation myself.

  Again, I would like for the site redirect to EXPIRE in 12 days, NOT RENEW, please.

  This upgrade is not associated with the account that you’ve contacted us from. You were correct, in that, you will go to manage purchases in order to cancel it. Once you are logged in correctly, you will find the option to cancel that upgrade.
