WordPress.com site won't export

I’ve tried repeatedly to export this site but each time it opens a tab that fails to load, says “This web page is not available”, and doesn’t download anything. I’ve tried logging out and back in, in both Chrome and Firefox, clearing the cache, and restarting the computer. Still no luck. Its theme is Edin. I’m trying to export All Content. Can anyone advise?

Its theme is Edin. I’m trying to export All Content.
You cannot export the theme so be clear on that.
