WordPress.com Stats Not Working

  I have installed WordPress.com Stats and it says that it is configured and working but I get no results.The blog receives about 50 hits per day but none register. Any ideas?

  Do you have
  <?php wp_footer(): ?>
  in your theme footer?
  If not, it needs to be there.
