if u arn´t a noob u can easy set up a bot or script that checks a database against some phrases … sorry but that is not acceptable just to say “is to much for the staff”.
if u setup a service u have to check the contents of the user or u support crime or in this case terrorism.
if a user report crime aktivity u have to react imadetily or u support crime or in this case terrorism.
thats international law.

Please report the sites through the links provided by @auxclass. Then you’ll be assured that they will be reviewed by the appropriate person. Posting on forums is not the most effective way of reporting TOS violations.
