WordPress.com Themes on WordPress Sites Hosted Somewhere Else?

    I finally found the theme I wanted. Now it seems I can’t use it because I have a website hosted somewhere other than wordpress.com. Can I use wordpress.com themes on a wordpress site hosted elsewhere? It is making me choose a blog but the one listed is NOT where I want to host it. Help?
