WordPress.com to .org domain mapping question
-
Hi, I want to redirect traffic from my http://myblog.wordpress.com site to http://www.myblog.com. I understand I have to do this by buying the domain mapping upgrade.
However, my understanding is that all traffic will be directed to http://myblog.com (there’s no www). Is there anyway to get it to redirect to http://www.myblog.com, or is this not a big deal? Is there any difference besides how it looks? Thanks!

By the way, my wordpress.com site is http://protocolsnow.wordpress.com, mentioning my URL seems to be required to get an answer. Any help would be much appreciated! :)

By the way, currently typing in http://protocolsnow.com automatically re-directs to http://www.protocolsnow.com
Will that still be true after I buy the domain mapping upgrade? (Sorry for all the questions, this just occurred to me)

Don’t worry about the www; whether you type it in or not, all the readeres are directed to the version without the w’s. It outranks the one with the www.
