I need my subscribers and followers moved from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. Can you help with this?

From http://www.monsterscircus.wordpress.com to http://www.monsterscircus.com
The .com blog is selfhosted but still a wordpress.org blog. I have installed jetpack already.
