WordPress.com transfer of subscribers

  moving wordpresscom subscribers to self hosted wordpress blog

  moving my followers from my showmeashley.wordpress.com blog to my showmeashley.com
  I got through all the support documents and have jet pack, it says in the help that a WordPress person has to do this .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.
