WordPress.com vs WordPress.org on a hosted site

  Does anyone know if I set up WordPress on a hosted site, is that WordPress as user friendly as the one on WordPress.com? Does the program work the same with visual editing, etc?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It works almost identically. There can be minor differences with plugins etc, but you’ll recognize the Post page and be able to find your way around easily.
