WordPress.com -vs- WordPress.org Search Engine Wise

  i actually use both, when i do sites for people i use the wordpress.org software, but for myself i use wordpress.com. i’m just curious as to how google friendly they work compared to one another.

  because when i post blogs on my wordpress account, it’s in google within 3 days. can i expect the same with a wordpress installation on another server?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
